We're asking YOU to pick who will have their Big Hair Ball 2013 concept on the cover of Juice. We asked participants in Art Noir's big event to submit sketches and tell us their concepts. Some said they were game. Now it's your turn to determine which you'd like to see come to life on our cover.

Big Hair Ball is organized by the Des Moines Art Center's young professional group, Art Noir. The event is themed Masquerade: A Forbidden Fairytale, and includes a runway show, live music, creative hairstyles and special performances. The 6th event of The Des Moines Art Center Big Hair Ball will feature performances by DJ John Solarz, Ballet Des Moines, and the Belin Quartet, and others. Participating salons include:
Atelier hairspace, Aveda Institute Des Moines, Bella Salon & Day Spa, Blondies Beauty Parlor, Bombshell Bettys Salon, Serenity Couture, Trixies Salon and an independent stylists showcase including: Amanda Marie Cory, Des Moines Metro Opera Wig & Makeup Artists, Katie McGrath, and Brianne Cummins.
