Download an entry form or pick one up at the fair’s Des Moines Register Service Center between 9 a.m. and 6
p.m. — with the identities of
the 12 items, as well as their specific locations. (All items are in public
spaces of the fair.)
Turn the completed form in at The Des Moines Register Service Center between
9 a.m. and 6 p.m. during the fair, or to the front desk of The Des Moines
Register at 715 Locust St. between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Or

CHOOSING WINNERS
