Share the voting link for your pup with friends and family. This is absolutely 100 percent a popularity contest. The winning dogs will be the ones with the most votes. Actual "cuteness" is not required.

How does the contest work?

Contestants submitted a photo of their prized pooch. Now is the time to get your friends and family to vote for him/her. The dog with the most votes will be crowned Cutest Canine 2011. View the entries and winners of last year's contest.

The dog with the most votes will win the grand prize below. The top 10 dogs will get their photo in the IowaLife section of The Des Moines Register.



The winning dog will receive:
• A $100 gift certificate good for daycare and/or boarding at the Downtown Doggy Daycare
• Four tickets to the Aug. 8th Iowa Cubs game (Dog Night)
